Bridgetop Medical Cosmetics is part of a medical clinic therefore booked appointments are necessary. We request that you kindly give us 24 hours notice for cancellation of individual appointments.

$25.00 No Show Fee.

 

Waivers

We do require that all our patients give us written permission to perform our services. In that regard, we have standardized consent forms prepared for you to review.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any denomination for any occasion.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash. H.S.T. must be added to all services and all product sales. Price are subject to change.
